Please allow 7-14 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) for our Handcrafted/All-Natural product line to ship.

Shipping Method: United States Postal Service (USPS).

In stock products ordered before 3:00 pm EST Mon-Fri, ships the same day.

Every order comes with a tracking numbers so you are able to track your order and will be sent along with your shipping confirmation email.

 Once your tracking numbers are sent out, Ze Naturals is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If you have any problems with your delivery, please file a claim with USPS.



Due to warmer weather some melting of our natural products might occur but we use proper packaging to prevent it as much as possible.

In a case where it does occur, we recommend putting your products in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes and store in a cool location.

**The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting.**

You will also have the option to purchase Ice Packs (with your order) to help aid in the consistency of your product. Ze Naturals is not responsible if you choose not to purchase Ice Packing.



All our products are handmade and made to order to ensure that every customer gets the highest quality product. Due to this, each product might slightly vary.


Drop-Offs & Pick-Ups

Drop-Offs are Only available to addresses within a 10-mile radius of our address in Dover, DE 19901

A fee of $5 - $8 may apply.

 International Shipping

 This site is intended for U.S. citizens. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Product Returns/Exchanges

No exchanges or refunds on eyelash purchases or natural (made-to-order) products. In the event you receive a defective product, you will be eligible to exchange the product for the exact same item, provided the item has not been altered.

When exchanging an eyelash accessory, items can be exchanged for and item of equal or higher price. Refund differences for lower cost items will not be allowed.

Products will be ONLY be exchanged after the defected item/product is returned/received back to the store. The customer is responsible for all return fees.
